Is it ok to cry in front of your girlfriend?

I'm pissed because I can't ask a question on reddit without getting trolled. There's this stupid troll on there that stalks me no matter how many times I block and report she finds away around and answers my questions and calls me out and mean and nasty names and tells others not to answer me. It makes me wanna delete Reddit an throw my phone against the wall and cry because she's such a troll that won't stop. Is it ok to cry in front of my girlfriend?

While men are generally supposed to be viewed as strong, can control their emotions etc, there is no shame in crying in front of your girlfriend. If a loved one passed, something traumatic happen, hell you watched Marley and Me there is no shame in shedding tears. The fact is some men are more in tune with their emotions than others and it doesn't make you any less of a man by crying

Yes and no. You’re the man, so she’s looking at you for guidance. If she’s you break down in tears when the pressure is on, she’ll start to doubt your leadership or think maybe you’re not capable enough. It’s okay to cry in front of her if you someone you know dies. Or if it’s a special moment, but showing tears when thing is an absolute no.
