Guys, Boyfriend works too much and is stressed?

Hello ! I met my boyfriend in January we clicked He has the qualities I look for in a man and he is emotionnally ready to start a family. But he works a lot doesn't like his job anymore and he doesn't know what else to do yet. Because of his schedule we could barely organise things together so at least he gave me the keys of his appartement because I finish earlier. And Also I leave to go to work after him. He was and he is still embarrassed of this situation and He tries to figure it out. How do You guys love to be supported? We may not have it all now but I believe it will be ok.. at first I was demanding and I realised how hard his situation is. How do you feel respected and encouraged?

Boyfriend becomes irritable , distant , provocative and almost unloving… he was beeing rude with customers at work , impatient , he breaks things …it takes a lot of motivation to support someone in crisis I dont know what to do. There is nothing I can really explain or do that soothes the situation…

The best way is to stick by him. People who stick by me in tought times earn the most respect. I won't ask nor expect tou to worship him for working hard but check around and see what things around the house need attention. I dont know if good morning messages (i dont mean necessarily texting) are your thing but you can just sometimes add an extra sense of courage and appreciation to them

Nowadays, people don't want to work. When you find one that goes to work everyday even though they don't like their job, that's a keeper. I'm kind of in the same situation. I work 14 hours a day but I do it to support my loved ones. Just my opinion, he's a keeper
