What do I/can I do here?

Ok, so I'm deeply and I mean DEEP, in love with this girl. I kinda have a feeling that they like me too (we talk literally every single day, usually from morning till night). But we have a significant thing which makes it where even if she does like me back, us having a relationship is close to impossible. My question is... I know what I have to do concerning the fact that so far it looks like I'm the only one in love. I obviously have to dethatch. The problem is that our current relationship makes it so its not really a possibility for us to stop talking. There's just no feasible way for me to get away from her in a way where I can heal by stifling feelings. So I'm asking what do I do in this situation. This is a years long relationship and even when I've been away from her for 1-2 years, the second I see her or talk to her, all the feelings come back immediately, almost even more intense some times. Let alone not talking to her for a couple of days.

The only thing I could think of doing would be to tell her that I'm madly in love with her but I feel like that might really cause even greater unnecessary pain. Especially since she already knows I'm in love with her.

PS: regarding the fact that she knows I'm in love with her, I know almost certainly that she's not leading me on or anything. Due to our history and several other factors.
What do I/can I do here?
