What does she actually mean?

Now let me tell you these. She is a principal officer in my organization. I saw her February this year & she asked me my name, I told her & since then she's fond of calling me always even when she is in midst of her colleagues who are my seniors. At a meeting someone requested for a pics with her but she rejected, & right there she asked me if we could take pics which I agreed. I wanted to travel & she told me not to cos she's gonna miss me and that I shouldn't. My friends told me that they wouldn't be surprised if we married because they believe she likes me but I want to be sure she feels something for cos I don't want to approach her & found out she's just friendly, cos women can be funny sometimes
