Losing interest bc we don’t meet often?

We’ve been officially together for five months. He is a resident doctor so he is pretty much always tied up working or studying. I don’t want to keep asking to meet bc I understand his situation.. but I feel unhappy and I’m starting to not care /kinda lose interest. He seems like he’s the same. We basically meet once a month and live 1.5 hours apart, what should I do.

If effort is not being made to meet up and go on dates and what not, it’s not worth either of your time
