Boyfriend of 5 years planned an entire trip to diff country, without me knowing. I'm chronically ill and couldn't go. So he's going alone?

I can't go bec health reasons, and my boyfriend planned this entire trip to meet his online pals from gaming, driving 14hrs there to a diff country. He staying for 5 days, and driving 14hrs back home.

I'm upset bec He knows I'm chronically ill and my body couldn't tolerate the trip. He told me about his trip/ plans less than a month until it happens, so i didn't have time to get updated medical, prescriptions, medical insurance, passport updates, etc. :(

He told me he will be safe, and asked me why i don't want him to go. I'm anxious, and a worrier. He's all alone in a country he's never been to, meeting people he doesn't even know except online. His mum is worried and told him not to go, he's 25 so he has driving experience but the point that hurts me is he specifically asked me too late, planned it out himself and is driving 14hr straight without stopping to sleep, just to meet up with his gaming friends. it was like inviting me was a total after thought, and he knew i couldn't go bec my health problems. 😞

I had a breakdown talking about it with him, he assured me he'd cancel and he wouldn't go alone. But he is. he confirmed today he still plans to go on the trip all by himself.

His mum contacted me to discuss bec like me, she is worried for his safety, wellbeing, as he's never left the country before. i also feel guilty that it was my fault he had to go alone bec i couldn't go.

I don't know what to think about this. Am i being too upset for no reason?

The trip plans were discussed between us both for a while, and had been talking about it for years together as a couples road trip because i game with them all too. We are thinking together to make it an anni trip next summer
but he decided to not include me in what he was planning, and knew i couldn't go at this time, so he left me out of the picture and invited me last min, but it was too late of notice. Im unable to get everything i need for the trip and right now I'm not in health 2 travel
