When people tend tend to stare at me but more specifically woman

They tend to over blink when making full eye contact with me & eventually avert their eyes elsewhere

I get this very often from both genders but more so females

If they are looking directly at you for 5 seconds then look away and keep blinking then we are trying to erase it from our visual imagery.
