How to deal with an inconsiderate cheating partner?

I get that there are people who are attractive but unlike her i actually think before i speak and think before i act. I say to myself how would **** feel if i said such and such to another woman and i immediately stop myself before i say or do anything. It's because I'm putting her feelings and emotions first before my own which is part of staying loyal and faithful and not CHEAT which is something she knows NOTHING about. I told her millions of times how her being with another guy hurts me and how much pain it causes me and it continuously goes in one ear and out the other. Completely inconsiderate of somebody else's feelings. She has zero self control.
