Guys never notice me. Why?

I've never been accepted on a date. Now its not like I sit on my butt all day waiting, I do try. Like I get to know guys and once I feel like I may have a chance and they could like me, I ask them if they would like to do something over the weekend or w e. But no guy has ever said yes or no guy has ever asked me on a date. Now I know that everyone faces rejection a lot but I'm kinda getting tired of it. I do try every single day of looking my best (brush teeth, shower, straighten hair, make up, cute outfits, awesome shoes, and if needed I would exercise if I was gaining weight) but no guy notices me. I do have some guy friend but they always come up to me not because there interested in me but because they want advice on how to approach one of my chick friends. I don't get what is wrong with me, maybe I'm ugly? maybe I'm too boring to hang with? or embarrassing to be seen with? I have no idea why a guy hasn't been interested. Another thing is I feel like giving up on the whole dating and just skip to the sex because I know a guy who is interested in only having sex with me. I feel like the only thing I could ever do with a guy is a one night stand and then leave. Please help?

well one thing as hard as it may seem don't just throw yourself out there just to get the one night stand 2 things about that guys like innocence and that just comes off as needy. Once you find a guy as soon as he learns that stuff about you he may become a lot less attracted to you. I'm sure your not ugly I personally not the best looking kid but I some how found a girl and I never thought I would get one and its pretty sad I went all through high school and never actually went out with some one but that's besides the point. Don't just give up as hard as it is sometimes you just have to wait and that's just sometimes how it goes. I posted an article about flirting sometimes that seems to help a little some people can't read the signs and some people don't know how to do it and your guy friends, maybe if you like one should try talking to one of them about stuff and maybe they will figure your looking for someone and maybe they will get the hint. Don't change who you are just cause a lot of guys just want sex. Good luck to you and stay strong it will pay off. :)

Do you have an older brother? Or worse yet, brothers? Older meaning like out of high school and in college or military older? If so, that's a big deal. Also is your father military or in law enforcement? Same problem.

Things like that don't scare all guys (I know it doesn't scare me because I have nothing to hide) but it does scare a large number of young men.

If it's not that, then as shallow as it may seem, maybe guys don't find you attractive, this is usually due to looks but it can be other things as well. Maybe they see you as too clingy? or maybe they don't like your attitude, or even because they might see you trying to hard and think your desperate. I don't know you so I'm not saying it's any of these things, only offering up what I can think of.

Maybe you're too busy worrying to notice or appear un approachable to guys

what I would do is hang out with one of your girl friends so she can hook you up with guys. For example go to the movies with your friends and guys and flirt with one of them. Eventually it will lead to something more.
