Well currently as much as 40% of men are raising children that aren't their own, i would only see this number increasing. Remember the only gender who can guarantee they know who the baby belongs to is women, Because it came from their body. Men have no such luxury. There is no guarantee without DNA test. Additionally if the child is found to not be the husbands, he should be allowed to leave the mother without alimony, or child support, and if she attempts to come after him for child support he should be able to press charges and have her jailed. I stand against paternity fraud.

Probably around 90%, and it's a good idea, considering the problems caused by paternity fraud and babies being switched accidentally in hospital.
I once heard about a case where a man was named as the biological father by a woman who was applying for welfare benefits and was told she had to identify the baby's father to qualify. The poor man had the expense of going through the courts to fight it and was in danger of being jailed for nonpayment of child support for some child that wasn't even his (or that he even had any contact with).
DNA testing will not change the amount of bastard children born, since it has nothing to do with the marital status of the couple. I assume that's not what you mean though. The link that I see most men throw around because they think it supports their opinion that a significant amount of men are unknowingly raising children that are not theirs estimates that it's about 4% (if I remember correctly, I believe I do).

do you mean birth? or kinship... as in blood related?
because... there's been studies about this other thing and the numbers are too high, lmao
"About 28,000 babies get switched in hospitals every year, temporarily or permanently, out of four million births, says Nicholas Webb, vice president of technology for Talon Medical Limited, a San Antonio, Texas-based vendor of a new high-tech ID bracelet for newborns."I would love to see mandatory DNA tests. Deceptive women would definitely think twice about trying to deceive men and it probably would change a lot of the negative female behaviors that are observable in society today.
Tough one, I would think the majority would be legitimate, but, with all the people screwing around these days, I may be way off base.
I'll say 90% or more are legit, but I'm probably way off. Giving people the benefit of the doubt.
Even if the fraud cases are "only" 10%, there are three victims to every paternity fraud committed by women: The alleged father, the real father, and the child. Society has a compelling interest to ensure children know their parents and parents have a relationship with their children.
Now that's a great question , and an awesome idea , it should be mandatory , I think if we are being honest , most would be legit , but there is certainly deception going on , its just a guess , but say 80 % ?
The same amount obviously. We just don't know what that amount is because sometimes people lie or mistakes are made. Human error is always present. I wouldn't be surprised if paternity tests aren't even 100% conclusive/correct either, and there'd still be a margin for error, both human and technical.
If women knew that their infidelity would be exposed, I would expect that the rate of cuckoldry would decrease considerably.
About 80%. I would guess most but certainly not all. After the law passed the percentage would increase to 95% or so because of the law and the consequences of infidelity.
Well currently around 40% of births are outside of marriage, but I think you are using legitimate in a different sense than that. That number would likely vary little, but cases of paternity fraud would essentially end. Perhaps a % of wives would find themselves divorced over their proven infidelity.
Around 90%. Contrary to TV shows and what people say on the Internet and YouTube etc most fathers are the biological parent of the child that woman gave birth too especially if he was having regular sex with the woman as that what it normally takes to get a woman pregnant anyways.
it would be 1 big Jerry Springer show!
I'm thinking there would be a lot more that would be found out than there are now.Imagine paying to support a kid for years only to come and find out it's not yours. This is really a Men's Rights Issue.
15%. (If you include all of the unmarried couples.)
Probably 90% of children of married women are "legitimate."If people knew that they're gonna get caught for sure I think very few would be illegitimate (there are always the special cases where a couple's dynamic is not standard)
well obviously not as many as there are now. but it hink that the majority of birth aren't results from cheating. the number in certain ethnicities communities will differ tho, which i can't spell out on here without being called a racist.
Nearly all of them. Studies have been done. It was worst in Scotland in depressed areas. About 30% weren't.
A lot more, which is a start. I'd probably kill myself than deal with having to pay alimony and child support when she cheated and it's not my kid.
Wouldn't surprise me if they take DNA without anyone knowing. They probably have for years
75%? 🤔
