So we started dating last January and he changed 3 jobs already he quit not fired he’s in sales so got lots of sales but he chose to leave because he wasn’t satisfied with the pay or management but always found a job within a week to two weeks. for context he wants to move in together soon he lives with his mom so pays no rent. I confronted him about it saying I need someone stable and if he can’t commit to a job how can I know he’s serious with me his response -I’m looking for the best.

Well, it's not normal exactly, but some people are just like that. They seem to have some expectation that they'll love their job and they're picky about when they want to work and expect it right away and usually quit soon when they realize every last little thing is not perfect about it. As long as he can continue finding a new one within a week, I guess it's not a problem.

Also, he knows his value. He knows his worth. Maybe he's tired of everyone's behavior towards him. You don't even try to understand where he's coming from or how he feels you're just judging him based off what it looks like to be unstable. He will stay somewhere where he feels comfortable & respected. People don't have to stay at places they don't want to. His mom supports him she understands. But just let him go dear if he's too unstable for you now. But please don't cry later and begging for him back because he turns of to be very successful in the end.
