I want to make my ex-girlfriend jealous or even crazy with jealousy. Should I do?

This girl left me for her ex. I am very mad at her and I need to make her jealous somehow. Do you think I can do that? How can I make her jealous?

Probably to forget and pay her no attention. Work on yourself and succeed. A few years later when she sees you doing this and with a younger hotter woman she will maybe feel jealous. Like my husband's ex fiancée.

My husband had an awful time after his ex fiancee broke up with him for his best friend but he hit the gym, go to church, hit the books, bought sa house, lost weight and tried to enjoy his life. He didn't try to win her back because she betrayed him, he didn't seek revenge or making her jealous or anything more to do with her because it didn't benefit him and would only validate her and her sense of self worth. It was hard on him because it felt like his best friend had stolen his life and the woman that had promised to be his wife betrayed him. He had to watch the woman that should have been his wife marry his best friend and them go on to have the kids that should have been his.

Anyway he eventually met me. Apparently from other people that knew him way back he is still the same guy but a lot stronger mentally and physically, even dressing differently. She actually tried to get back when she saw him with me and this is 10 years later. She's unhappy in her marraige, bored with her kids and has been cheating.

The only thing you can do is heal from it. Delete her off of all social media and don’t follow what she is doing. If you enjoy the gym put all that energy into working out and getting it out of your system. Both healing and helps you look better. But it can be any hobby. I wouldn’t actively try to get her to look at what you’re doing to make her jealous since that isn’t healthy. She decided she liked someone else more and won’t pay as much attention to you as you would to her. The best revenge is being genuinely happy and moving on

This is a complete waste of time. There us no way you can make her jealous while she is herself happy in a relationship. Later, after a while she will be indifferent and so should you.

In fact, once you meet a new woman, do not waste a thought on your ex, but focus on the new one. It might even put her off otherwise.

Take your time to heal and move onto someone or something way better. But some ideas to help with healing and getting over her would be to find a hobby and enjoy doing it. Go out traveling and seeing new places. Hang with friends. Do things that can help heal your heart, and to make her a little jealous, but don’t over due it.
