She came out to me like a week or two after we met while we were opening up about Christianity and she told me she was openly bisexual and I told her I was an ally. Since then, our connection has been great people have asked if we knew each other before and someone called us “partner in crimes” she's even said we clicked from day one. We’re the only ones the same age. She also said she thinks we would have been friends if we met in the past because I’m so sweet and genuine.
She’s told me I looked cute before and when she said it she smiled at me and she’s also told me I had nice skin and asked what esthetician I go to and also complimented my teeth lol. We hung out once and she said she wanted to hang again after but hasn’t brought it up since. She has told me she’s shy and wants the other person to make the first move and I just started college.
Last week she said good luck on my first day of class and I said “thank you ( her name )❤️” and she said “ofc! 💕”. She also told me she was glad she saw the movie with me.
Yesterday we were alone at work and we started talking about touch then she joked and was like “you’re straight” and i told her I wasn’t. We then opened up about girls and she told me she made out with this girl and I said I liked masculine girls and she said “same and also girls who are really fine” ( I’m femme ) and have been called pretty many times by people but she’s never directly told me. She also said she’s used to flirting with friends and this one girl from her last job she was rlly into and had a crush on her ex bf’s ex.
We eventually got interrupted lol. She stayed way over her shift to talk to me.
In our convo she was flipping her hair a lot and both of us couldn’t stop smiling especially when it got quiet.
Today she was happy to see me and when it was time for her to leave she said “I really like talking to you and hanging out with you, but I gotta go home”. Is she interested?

I am very nice with people I spend my time with or I befriend with, and doesn’t mean my words to them carry any romantic interest.
You can be very nice and not want romance…
I think she is. If I were interested I'd be acting similar.
