Should we forget how someone made us feel or forgive?

Well first of all people don't 'make' you feel anything, that is always a choice that you make.

Secondly after something has happened and its in the past if you are still thinking about it and turning it over in your mind that is you hurting yourself, you are choosing to relive it.

So while it is about forgiving and forgetting it is nothing to do with the other person, it is about you, how does harbouring these thoughts and feelings benefit you?

They probably don't so for your own sake you should let it go and move on.

If someone makes me feel horrible, I won't forget who they are like there are people who got pissed off at me over politics blocked me, some have issues going on in their brain blocked me, yes my old username was @justincase, but my real name is Darren yes it hurts me like hell and I hate to be cyberbullied and if I hurt someone let's talk things over, I love all people, oh by the way if you're an older person who likes to date younger women or men you're committing a crime and should be nailed to the cross with Donald Trump.

It depends. If it’s something minor. Forgive and forget. But sometimes you can forgive without forgetting. You don’t have to allow someone to hurt you time and tjem ahain.
