Would it look bad for my new boyfriend to accompany me to my place of work not too long after I was going with my ex?

I had a relationship that lasted a couple of months with a guy. I also have a job working at a restaurant as a belly dancer. Sometimes he would come with me for general support.

We broke up and it has been about 2 months since he went with me to the restaurant. Now I’m dating a new guy who I really like. He said he’d like to come watch me dance.

The thing is, I know the owner and I’d feel abit embarrassed to bring along a new boyfriend after not too much time. I know I shouldn’t care but I feel it’d look kinda bad… what are you thoughts?
