Yes, to tell him that you aren't happy he took 2 days to get back to you. Maybe he thought he had. I've done that before and had others do that to me. If it was important I'd call. The whole purpose of a text is I get to it when I get to it. Just because I read it (in a meeting, while driving, at the dentist) doesn't mean I had the ability to text back.

In my case I wouldn't. Because he's really good at communicating his issues to me if he has one. But over small things I don't think it's normal, if this happens regularly, it's not normal either, an unhealthy soon to be dead relationship is a what a friend of mine would say. If you're in a relationship and can't even answer a text or hear about you for two days that's alarming.
