These flowers mean "Im Sorry, can we talk about this? I want to make this work. I love you and I dont want to give up on us". — These flowers mean "I'm Sorry, can we talk about this? I want to make this work. I love you and I don't want to give up on us".

I think that would be one of the sweetest gestures from my Significant Other.
