For me it's usually the steps that will result in cheating such as texting, texting, flirting, dinner, compliments, presents, friendship.

I've seen it quite a few times with others. Usually a chick with a man gets befriended by a guy and over time she starts listening to his opinions over her man's and emotionally relying on him. She tells her man he's just a friend and in their relationship she sees the other guy as her partner and sleeping with her man who she comes to resent is like cheating to her.

However, she had a low risk of discovery opportunity to get pregnant by an Alpha male with superior genes which is in the best interest of her baby. At other times, she would never cheat since it is not for her that she cheated, it was only for her baby.

@DarkLegacy Read the update if you have the intelligence to understand how natural selection works. Children with superior fathers are more likely to survive and produce descendants. Behavior with even a 1% per generation advantage would be fixed in the population in 1,000 generations (20,000 years). That is 1.01^1000 = 20,000 to1 advantage. Women with average mates that cheated will Alpha males to select the best genes for their eggs are our ancestors.
