Like some days I feel like I want another girlfriend after my relationship ended back in 2023 but then I will look at my messy apartment and think why try again for another disappointment

Yes especially if you experienced bad relationships before , I am the same way at times after having my heart shit on. At times I feel like what’s even the point , but I know that’s just my own personal issues that I have to work on because not every girl is a POS , there are girls’ out there that actually have a loving caring heart , it’s just harder to find these days because social media warped so many of our minds of thinking negative things , when social media is nothing but garbage and bullshit that was designed as a money making platform. When you limit yourself on social media you will realize social media is mostly bullshit the world around us is a much bigger place then social media is Go out in public and go mingle with girls’ and you will see that most the shit you see or read about on social media is garbage. Find yourself a girl that values you the same way you value her and limit yourself on social media and your chances of having a happy and healthy relationship with someone will increase big time , When I started to limit myself on social media , I was meeting girls’ that were down to earth and loving and caring that weren’t face planted onto their phones. Stay away from the ones that are lol

Yes. At this point guy/girl relationships seem quite mucked up. One where you are called nuisance, bitch and stupid motherfucker is better not being in.

Maybe you will find one who has a reasonable attitude and maybe you won't. If she starts out reasonable and then gets abusive as the last one did, then dump.

Get yourself together. You’re 30-35. If your life doesn’t scare you then I don’t know what will be your wake up call. Start eating properly, start going to the gym- it does wonders for feeling good and confident.
For a long time I didn’t want to clean, gym, eat better but do it when you’re tired, depressed, unmotivated.
There’s people who are in hospital dying who would give anything to be you.
Clean your room. Do sections at a time during the week and then the weekend do a deep clean. Let next week be the week you are fresh.
Can’t afford the gym? Your body is all you need and there’s heaps of workouts you can do- go for some walks or a run too.
Don’t even think about dating until you yourself are in a good place to. It doesn’t sound like you are.
It is never too late to start.
