Should I confront her that my wife deleting texts?

we have been married for 6 years, but lately, our marriage has felt off. A month ago, a former coworker warned her that people were gossiping about her being too close to a male coworker (35M). She brushed it off, but now I’ve noticed she’s deleted over 150 texts from this guy two days in a row. I don’t want to jump to conclusions, but why delete messages if there’s nothing to hide? Should I confront her or let it go?

I would confront her for sure. There is no valid reason for this. For only two points... you do make a very compelling case that she's doing you wrong. There is no other explanation for this. This was deliberate, thought through, and cannot possibly be anything else.

If it turns out she is cheating and betraying you, get all the evidence you need, speak to a lawyer, get their advice, take all the steps you need to protect yourself financially, close joint credit cards and accounts, separate monies, then just reveal what you know and end things. Walk away, don't be a clingy whiny wimp wanting her to answer all of these questions. Just drop her and walk away. Cut all contact, don't let her spout all of her excuses and wanting to talk to get closure. You don't need it.

Do not confront even though she is likely cheating or planning to do so very soon. What are the divorce laws where you live? If they have at-fault hire a PI if you have any assets, to garner actual evidence so as to protect as much as possible. If it is no-fault, separate out your half so that she cannot empty out the bank account (s) if you have joint ones.
