How many partners did it take you to find The One?

I still haven't but getting closer I think all partners could be the right one But whether through self sabotage. Weather We take them from granted What's?
Somebody lies to the other Or maybe it's when we stop growing together it's time to go our Separate ways, maybe it's just time to bro. And we need something different but I do believe that everyone that we have been with. There was a beautiful positive reason, but in our own ways we destroy it for what reasons like I said maybe to just grow. Maybe it's because we don't really belong together.
But whatever it is I accept it. And I move on because there will be somebody.
For me.
And me for them.

It took a lifetime of partners. Some were good for six months, one lasted 17 years, some were always mediocre and some had some great moments, but none of them compare to The One that I found in December 2020.

Apparently still haven't found the one, but also am not hopping from partner to partner till I do. I think the way some folks leap from partner to partner (often not letting go of one before they've secured the next) is deplorable. I am happy to say that I've not had many partners and (since my first) I take my time in choosing folks I want in my life at that level.

This is my second boyfriend and I am happy and do not see any red flags to one day marrying him but if we break up for some reason, I know I can replace him with others who are also very loving and kind and I know he can replace me with others who are also loving and kind.
