Everyone makes their own choices and decisions in life once you hit legal age of consent , you are no longer your parents’ problem , you are the laws problem , we can try to raise our kids’ the way we want them to be , but when push comes to shove it doesn’t always go as planned. In my country there are many reasons why this kind of sexual relationship will happen.

The age gap (40) is much if it's only for sexual pleasure.
If I have a son that's involved in this I will do everything within my reach to end it. I know people will it's his life but as a parent I can't sit and watch my son live a miserable life.
