Has anyone ever overheard their partner saying something hurtful? I overheard my girlfriend talking about my size how do I even bring this up?

She was on the phone with a male friend and I heard her making jokes about my size and saying things that weren’t even true. It was humiliating and really hurtful, especially since I’ve never felt insecure about it before. I haven’t said anything yet because I’m still trying to process it.
