8 moJust what makes you think other people are fascinated by your private lives and loves? Some things are not for public consumption. If you absolutely HAVE to make out in public, or worse, maybe you have some kind of exhibitionist tendencies, our you want to prove to the world that you finally "got somebody," as if the world cares! Some things are private and should stay that way. I don't need to see to people slobbering all over each other. And I'm SURE not interested in seeing two people in public having sex! Have a little dignity, a littler respect for other people. The world is really not all about you!

8 moIt's not. In Japan, PDA is actually discouraged. They're highly respectful of others in public. And I, who has always lived in Canada have always resonated with that notion. I've never been comfortable with PDA. A hug is fine and a peck on the cheeks or lips is fine. But no full-on making out. In my opinion, there's a time and place for that.

926 opinions shared on Relationships topic. Most people don't like PDA. They are private and prefer their partner to show them affection when they're also but there are some people who actually feel more loved it their partner show them affection in public. So, I guess, it all depends on the individual.

I don't want to kiss or do more in public. It is private. Holding hands - I never did this I never had a boyfriend who wanted to do this. Foe me it would be ok but I dont need to see people kissing or having sex in public.

8 moNot that much. My wife doesn't like PDA. We save that for more private locations.

8 moI dont show much public affections. We flirt like a couple of middle schoolers bumping each other and holding hands i suppose. But we don't really kiss in public unless there is more of a reason like we are watching fireworks on new years. My girl is very modest she's not the kind of women that wears provocative clothing. She has an energy that people naturally respect. She's not the kinda women who would want her butt smacked in front of people if you know what I mean. Lol

Yes my wife is same way at walmart like 6 months ago one of her friends came up and smacked her ass so hard it must have hurt a little and she turned around with a look on her face she wanted to kill me then she noticed who did it then laughed so ya I get it anytime I've just flicked her ass she gets mad she don't even like flattering comments in public she gets embarrassed

Public affection is about comfort and boundaries for some couples, a little (like holding hands or a quick kiss) feels meaningful, while PDA can be uncomfortable for others around. The key is finding what feels natural for both of you without crossing into making others feel awkward.
955 opinions shared on Relationships topic. I'm extrovert and attractive, I don't have any problem being affectionate in public. Dancing a while in revealing outfit, causing erections, then going and putting my tongue in mouth of my partner. It's the best way to causing a fight between your partner and guy who is desperate enough to challenge him.
I could be potentially a dangerous girlfriend for a 1,60m guy who looks weak and less competitive... XD00 Reply
8 moI don't have a problem kissing or making out in problem, but I don't need to do it. It's a natural thing... If it happens, it happens. Not doing it to show off. So if he just wants to hold hands, that's fine, and it he wants to do more, that's fine too

8 moNot important at all. We may hold hands in public but that's it no kissing in public. We're extremely affectionate with each other behind close doors. Whenever I see grown ups demonstrating public displays of affectionate I find it pretty childish, like can't you wait to get home to do all that?
00 Reply 512 opinions shared on Relationships topic. - Yes we do kissing each other.
- Some occasion even more deep kissing holding and haggling.
- Some may say, why do you do that in public?
- Answer is to educate others love , kindness, show passion of peace rather than strings and hates.
- Me and my girlfriend never shy to perform in public.

8 moTo me it's whatevs for those who do. I work in a HS. I've seen shit I shouldn't see in hallways let alone those recessed areas with no cameras... 😬🫣😱
You've never seen startled until you have seen teenagers caught in various states of undress & acts...

Anonymous(30-35)8 moI think itās only important if youāre like some kind of a self-absorbed, performative couple or something⦠like why do you think everyone else around you wants to see you yucking it up in front of them? Itās really kind of gross and stupid if you think about it.
Hold hands, give hugs, little love pecks in public, thatās all great, but yeah anything beyond that, thereās another time and place for that.
00 Reply603 opinions shared on Relationships topic. In Thailand it is considered rude to kiss and cuddle in public. They are far more considerate for those who are poor, lonely, disabled and so on. They dont want to encouridge showing off. Its not a law, its just in the culture!
I agree with it!00 Reply1.1K opinions shared on Relationships topic. It doesn't concern me at all , it's good to see people being that close , I've done that all my life from very young to recently..
I think it is important for healthy affection and declaration.02 Reply- 902 opinions shared on Relationships topic.
8 moI don't think it is necessary in public. Holding hands is fine and if I am with my husband and we are going to go separate places we have a quick kiss, but other than that it's not necessary.

8 moWe usually hold hands if he's buying me something expensive I will give him a small kiss in stores but normally we sounds like we are planning to murder each other and how we'd get away with it lol

That makes sense! But also for me I feel like Iām more mature now that Iām in college. Part of the reason I did PDAs in high school was to show off to my friends.

I we used to not a lot and not to crazy but that kinda went away I've tried to hold hands while we walk and it never lasts long I think it's awesome when I see old couples holding hands in there 80's some prob together for 60 years I would hope we will do that if we survive this moment we are having
1.7K opinions shared on Relationships topic. Holding hands, hugging and kissing is fine. Making out, groping, trying to suck each other's faces off should be saved for private places. If somebody's too embarrassed to hold your hand in public then maybe you shouldn't be with them.

8 moI don't think about it. We just do what we feel in the moment. To be candid, everyone else is just tapestry in the background so I am indifferent to my surroundings when with āherā.
00 Reply 3.1K opinions shared on Relationships topic. I'm not big on PDA. At most my girlfriend and I will hug and say "I love you" to each other. Usually nothing more than that. The hugs are good deal more affectionate than hugs I would give family.

8 moGenerally against it although I could be convinced to hold hands in public. If I'm feeling spicy a deep hug or letting her sit on my lap are also fine. I am a private person.

8 moI think small signs of affection are good such as hand holding pr cuddling but making out is to much. I donāt want to see people getting horny while in a line to do or buy something.
