If that potential partner had the nose job done before you met him/her, then there is no reason to be upset or angry. The only thing is that he/she should have told you or at least hinted that he/she had some plastic surgery done on him/her. This is not a deal breaker in itself.

However, if you are in a relationship and you notice that he/she had a nose job (or any other plastic surgery job) done without your knowledge, then obviously, you have all the rights in the world to be upset at him/her for failing to communicate with you.

No biggie. Get the baby a nose job. Or don't. A baby with a hooked nose would be a very amusing situation.
