I realize these rules are very difficult to keep - but if you try for decades and manage to keep them - you will become filthy rich and very very very successful

Following the laws of God does not mean you will become rich. And what are the riches of earth in comparison to the entirety of Heaven.
When the rich young ruler came to Jesus asking how to get to Heaven, he told Jesus that he had followed all ten of the commandments. However Jesus looked at him, and knew his heart, and said,"One thing thought lackest, go, and sell all that you have and give to the poor. Then, come and follow me." The young man walked away sad, because he loved his riches.
Now consider Moses himself. He gave the people messages from God. He actually saw the back of God. He spoke with God personally, and was given authority by God to lead the Israelites to the land He had promised them. Moses is recorded in the Bible as having been the meekest man on earth. And yet, Moses was poor and alone. His own siblings questioned his authority, his sister died of leprosy, and his brother made an idol and became a heretic. Moses followed the commandments, with very few mistakes, and when he died he was buried poor in an unmarked grave.
Moses, the man God entrusted with His precious people, defies the very statement you just made. You stated that we must try very hard for decades to adhere to the 10 laws, and manage it, and then we would become rich... but Moses actually followed them. And yet he was never rich from obeying God.
Obeying God to become rich is actually to break one the commandments. The 10th commandment in the KJV Bible is " Thou shalt not covet..." Obeying laws of God to become rich is to covet more possessions and money and power, thus breaking the commandments, since Jesus Himself said that to break one commandment is to break them all in the eyes of God.

Given Moses record of butchery and evil I don't think he has any right to dictate ideals to anyone.

Wasn't Moses the guy who ordered pretty weird "punishments" for rape? For example: the rapist must marry his victim and they can't ever be separated and in a other situation, if the victim doesn't scream for help, both the rapist AND the victim should be stoned to death?

Kind of the wrong way to put it, ALL the super rich are what they are because they used these ideas to become super rich. So in other words disobey Moses ideas and become rich

The Bible states that we all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. It is for that reason that Jesus offered Himself up to pay the price for your sin. However, you have to apologize to Him for the sins you have committed and try not to do them again, in order to be forgiven and go to heaven.
