Why is it acceptable to make fun of christianity but not of other religions?

Question

There is many TV shows that make fun of jesus, for example, the new Netflix show "the first temptation of christ" depicting jesus as a homosexual. Imagine if they made a TV show making fun of Muhammed, there would be an outrage, everyone will call it "Islamophobic" and "racist" imagine if they made a tv show making fun of jews, they'd call it "anti semetic" and "nazi". Perhaps it is because christians are too peaceful.

Jesus was obviously a false prophet, so mocking him is acceptable. He falsely claimed to be "God in the Flesh" and none of his prophecies have ever been fulfilled... not even after 2000 years.

the apostles clearly hid the body of Jesus, and then faked their religion for money for the rest of their lives... the same way modern pastors do.

I have disproven all Abrahamic religions by the very virtue of the fact the Jews and Arabs were NOT descended from Ur of the Chaldeans. They were descended from the Cananite and Hittites, which we know by blood DNA evidence today that they dwelt in the land of Canan for thousands of years before Abraham could have ever existed.

the entire Torah account and book of Joshua account is a myth, none of it ever happened. The entire New Testament is a myth, none of that ever happened.

I think it's because Christians dont know how to take a joke. And the only religion that is worse at taking a joke than christianity is Islam. Put happy holidays on a Starbucks cup and all of a sudden there is a war on Christmas. Like maybe Starbucks knows there are people of several religions so instead of pointing out a specific wi ter religious holiday they just congratulate all of them. Do you ever see Jews claiming a war on hannukah? No because they are aware that not everyone is jewish and they are okay with that.

I wouldn't call, "saying Jesus was gay is making fun of Christianity"
I'm not a Christian, nor religious. But I would think Jesus was homosexual. People do say that being Gay and Lesbian is a sin or liking your own gender is a sin. I don't believe that. Not one bit. Love is love. Can't God see that?
I don't care if it is a sin. They probably say it's a sin because Lesbians and Gays can't make a baby. Even though, it's very rare for a guy to have a baby. Women can get a fertilized baby.
Like I said, "Love is love." No-one should be forced to like the opposite gender if that person is gay or lesbian. They can't help their sexual orientations. It is their choice.

Because the world is against God, people don't do it with "other religions" because they know those are manmade, their laser-guided hostility toward Lord Jesus only shows that He is who He says, the Son of God.

The world is accepting of everything of it's own creation, but only when it is something of God are they against it.

Since the US has a large Christian population American entertainers are more comfortable with and prepared to criticize Christianity. It's not necessarily that Christianity is more deserving than other theologies of criticism, it's that there entertainment industry knows that religion the best, so that's what gets the most heat. Unfortunately but understandably, people take their religion very personally, and zealous believers of any faith are quick to conflate mocking a belief with mocking the believer: problems with Judaism becomes problems with Jewish people, problems with Islam becomes problems with Muslims, problems with Christianity becomes problems with Christians. It's a gut reaction that stifles free debate.

Personally I find all religions to be ridiculous, but Christianity is the major religion in the US. No one in the US is being persecuted, discriminated against, or punished for being Christian. Muslims actually are discriminated against.

I think it's the same with some people mocking their own religion?
I'm a Muslim but i admit that some Muslims are extremely easily offended.
I've seen christians making fun of Jesus a few times online but never saw any Muslim doing that.

Because society these days hates Christians because so many people are very immoral scum and they could never live up to even half of what the Bible says.

They would rather have lots of hook ups (be a slut/player), do recreational drugs, get drunk and pass out, betray people to get ahead, etc. People are often scum and they know it so they hate Christianity because it points out just how immoral and corrupt people are.

Because Christinanity is the Majority. Jews and muslims are still a minority in western countrys. Christinanity is the ordinary, the status quo so people making openly fun about it. It goes much deeper than just making fun of Christians. Around the world Christians are regularly murdered and Church's are destroyed (especially in Muslim regions). The mentally ill liberals actively encourage this destruction of Christianity, not realizing that Christians are the only people would would actually protect liberals while the Muslims would happily kill them.
