Was Israel created to bring about the Apocalypse?

Just another in my weekend series of controversial questions.
But the US is full of religions like Seventh Day Adventist that looks forward to the apocalypse. And according to the Bible, Jews have to be in Palestine for the apocalypse to occur. I know that the Jewish Congress have been fighting for Israel for years before the Holocaust, but why do so many Christians support it? Christian Zionism, look it up.

Exactly. The current occupying state of Israel isn't the biblical Israel.
But I suppose we see with Trump, how easy it is to fool Americans into thinking they are right.
