Does the church first set up the people to sin to then offer forgiveness (and 'just' punishment etc) - or is it just Christians?

The church doesn't want anyone to sin. The church wants us to be holy. But when we sin and we regret our sin and ask our god for forgiveness in humility and sincerity, then that's all it takes to be forgiven and for the sin to be taken away.

I don't know. I have been hurt/injured by their making of someone whom I feel attached to, sin, recently.
Ok, it was Christian Democrats of Belgium as a party, but still...

Hmh... I'm very sorry to hear that. Sadly a lot of people calling themselves Christians, or any belief, just don't get that one of the most important things to do are to respect and love the people around them. And to make their lifes easier and help them battle sin not push them into it. I get why you're upset but just try to not let them get to you.

Christians will make up any story in order to convince people to join. They have no problem baiting people into traps and then abusing their trust when down 🤷

I am calling it horribly bad/very damaging.
Especially if it is sex with another man when you run out of hope yours will show up.
Because then you feel double guilty for all of it when in reality you were just missing him.
I wish/hope she gives herself the permission to be with me - not to fuck/just have sex, but to stay together, to get me completely and for good/forever, in tenderness (to marry, to be cherished, not to again end up straying by my absence - she deserves the best of me in mutual exclusivity, of body and purpose)
