What kind of afterlife would you like criminals to receive?

It is not my place to say. I believe in karma. What will go around will come around unless one repents and aims to make amends. I may be angry or hurt by what was done but in the end IT is not for me to say what their punishment will be. We will all meet our maker and be judged. Regardless the term criminal is such a broad term. A man who steals half a gallon of milk for his hungry child is a criminal. A man selling drugs and killing people is also a criminal. Yet they are two extreme different levels of crimes. In the end I will leave it to the justice of the universe to make certain the violent villains or petty senseless thieves of the world Get whatever it is deemed they deserve. Thats the most I would desire... may they be judge accordingly.

Depends on their crime. Some are worthy of more than others. But it is not to us to judge, that is up to God. This is what these people will probably hear. Matthew 7:22,23:
"Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness!’

Your opinions don't matter, only real life matters. Evil people fall asleep as do the good ones. When Jesus returns the good that die will rise to Heaven, the living will rise second, 1000 years will pass, everyone will be on the new earth, including the evil that died, then the evil will die again in a lake of fire from being judged. They will burn quickly, then be gone and suffer no more.

Depends. For a roadside scammer a mental abuse would be ok. But for an evil monster, who killed and raped many, a medieval torture would be it. Put them in a human centipede

What sort of crime? Littering? Speeding? Petty theft? Violent crimes? Grand theft by fraud (e. g. Madoff and others) ?

For Madoff and others of his ilk I would force them to live as their victims are living -- on a very limited income with no savings.

It would largely depend on the crime.

That being said, even the worst criminals, we're talking Pol Pot, Hitler, Idi Amin, and their kin, I simply want them to cease to exist. I am not a fan of torture for punishment's sake. On the other hand, justice must be served. Hence, just painlessly obliterate them.

None, there should be no afterlife and wishing torture on someone only hurts yourself. Holding onto anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intention of throwing it at someone else, you're the one who gets burned.
