It's a culture which exists, because men are being overprotective and just sexist tbh. Women need to cover themselves and are even forced to do so sometimes by their husbands, while the men don't need to do so generally speaking. At least that's what I think and saw. like I said before muslim men protecting women , by giving advice to not wear skimpy outfits to avoid any pervert, harassment, etc. most western women wore skimpy outfits even show off their body in the media. in fact The God , already warn the men, if they didn't take care of their women, they'll get Sins a lot more than their women. which mean they will stay in hell longer than the women.

That is a bs claim because the Quran is one no matter what sect of Islam you are. The Quran by nature has many passages that degrades and views women as less than men. So you cannot claim that each sect believes something different when your holy book claims one thing across the board.

No, women ARE inferior to men, and that is a scientific fact, there are two ways to interpret that fact, with benevolent sexism or hostile sexism. Benevolent sexism is the belief that men should protect women, hostile sexism is taking advantage of women's inferiority and treating them like dirt. I am in FAVOR of hostile sexism.
