My mom doesn't trust me, I think someone from next door like my neighbors are doing witchcraft, every time my mom does something nice for our neighbor across the street named Mrs. Stratton like take her to the store or feeding cats. I came back home to help out, now it's time for me to move back out, I perceive my mother to be different than

Her mother was, my grandmother didn't want me using the stove or microwave the same thing is almost happening again, I want to avoid this by leaving for Film school, go away for a year, so that may be my mom will see that she's being paranoid, I think the situation would change and I will get everyone's respect if I were to leave Chicago and be in another town for a year, maybe New York, Las Vegas, strahd myself there, so I won't have to come back home, I mean I despise my late grandmother's house. My mom will see she needs to get rid of some things to stop the strange occurrences and get cameras.

I assumed you checked your breaker box and flipped the circuits that they are on. If you are in a 1960s or earlier home then you should get a rewiring and whole new panel box. The modern technologies are not supported by the wiring of 60 years ago. I have a 1909 bungalow and a 1929 bungalow in historic district that had to be fully rewired as the original system was in both. It is not a cheap undertaking but was safety from fire, life, and equipment loss.
