Are there that many Anglicans and Catholics with a strong faith who have sex before marriage? Do they still feel worthy of God if they do?

I am Catholic and I've stopped going to the church because I like having sex (in committed relationships) and I don't feel worthy of God anymore. I know quite a few people who engage in premarital sex, but since the doctrine is against it, I feel unworthy of being in the church anymore. I still have faith, but I don't want to try to trick God and I couldn't confess about sex because I don't think it is a sin and I like it.
