First and foremost, there exists a lack of empirical evidence supporting the existence of God. Throughout history, humanity has relied on evidence and observation to validate the existence of various phenomena. However, when it comes to the existence of God, there is no concrete evidence that withstands rigorous scientific scrutiny. The absence of empirical evidence raises doubts about the existence of a divine being.
Humanity has made remarkable strides in understanding the natural world through the scientific method, relying on evidence, observation, and experimentation to validate the existence of various phenomena. From subatomic particles to distant galaxies, science has provided explanations for countless natural phenomena.
However, when it comes to the existence of God, the same rigorous scientific scrutiny has yielded no concrete evidence. Despite millennia of human civilization, theological debates, and religious practices, no empirical evidence has been produced that definitively proves the existence of a divine being.
Throughout history, claims of supernatural occurrences or divine intervention have often been met with skepticism, as they lack the empirical evidence necessary to support their validity. While personal anecdotes and religious experiences may hold significance for individuals, they do not constitute verifiable evidence that withstands scientific scrutiny.
Furthermore, efforts to provide empirical evidence for the existence of God, such as the arguments from design or first cause, remain highly contentious and subject to criticism. These arguments rely on logical deductions and philosophical reasoning rather than empirical observations, leaving them open to interpretation and debate.
In the absence of empirical evidence, the existence of God remains a matter of faith rather than demonstrable fact. While faith can provide solace and meaning for believers, it does not satisfy the criteria of empirical evidence required by the scientific method. Thus, the lack of empirical evidence raises significant doubts about the existence of a divine being.

Nah. There's no evidence for a God other than people's word. When something doesn't make sense, those people say you need to have faith, which is like a con man telling you to trust him.
I was raised Catholic. But I went on to study the history of Judaism, the history of Christianity, world religions, mythology, ancient history, cultural anthropology, and some philosophy. I've looked into various Protestant religions and pagan beliefs.
Humans all over the world have believed in supernatural beings forever. It's their way of making sense of things that they don't understand. It's also their way of coping with tragedy and death.
So, no. I see no reason to believe in any of the thousands of deities that people have created. As far as I can see, most of those deities, including the Hebrew God of the Bible, are ass holes. Only the warped minds of men could invent such scary boogie men.
I have ethics. I know right from wrong. I don't need fairy tales to keep me on the right path.
I have my own spirituality. I believe that the universe and every creature is sacred. I have awe, reverence and gratitude for all creation.
People have said that all beings are the universe observing itself. So, in that sense, one could say that the universe is conscious. I like that idea.
But I don't think there is anything looking after humans. Nature doesn't play favorites. Does it care more for the fox or the hare; the falcon or the dove?
There are over 15,000 versions of “god” being worshipped today and everyone will say that theirs is the only correct answer.
Be more specific about which version of god you’re referring to in order to get more accurate responses.
Many of the people who said “yes” aren’t talking about the same god as you.

I used to be an atheist now i believe in god. I noticed that us humans we need to believe in something and if u dont believe in god u will end up believing in something else Anyway. Id rather believe in god than believe that men in dresses are women. Like some people want us to believe. The more i see this craziness the more i think believing in god was much better.
Faith? I have more than I did 20 years. ago. It's easy to have faith when life is going well. It's not so easy when life is not going well.
Do I believe in God? Yes, but so does the devil. So I consider faith to be the more important question. I have enough faith to share my experiences and hope it helps others find thier relationship with God.
i do , openly, and most humans do... a billion for alla 2.5 billion for jesus a bilion more if combine hindu budha and eastern gods... and infinite smaller religions totaling over 7 billion, including geniuses steve hawkings einstein and specifically darwin who atheists absurdly love!
I often feel alone in that, not to mention most other things. I don’t even get on with those of my own faith. Science, it’s all about fricken’ science. 😑 It eventually caught up with Darwin though; he didn’t check himself so by the end of his life he had wrecked himself and could no longer enjoy natural beauty.
If I believed there was nothing after this life I would be very tempted to kill myself.
I did when I was younger. Now, I'm not so sure.
I do I'm a firm believer in the Lord Jesus Christ and that he is the only way to the father like he said he was.
Totally, do you know it was proven by science that God exist? you can watch that video. :)
https://www.youtube.com/embed/31uWQhYB4WwOr course. Only a dullard believes there is "no God"
They talk shit about "evidence" but then provide nothing but conjecture and assertions for their position.
Some do. I certainly don't. I also don't not believe in a God. I just require irrefutable proof. I have not seen that yet.
no i don't believe in lies. i only believe in things that are evident and true.
It can't be proven either way, so I think it is an irrelevant question.
