I mean, you can have faith about what happens after that but it’s a weird thing to think about

Yes.
The really weird thing is I have no problem with the world existing and things happening before I was alive but the idea of things in the future happening after I am dead just doesn't want to compute for some reason.

Everyone dies so it isn't scary. Until the moment of danger.
