Even if you're not religious, do you think there's a supranatural force out there?

Even if you don't adhere to any religion, whatever it is (monotheistic or other), do you still believe in a higher force that we can't really grasp? A cosmic bond that somehow joins everything together? Or do you think we are just one of many individual beings doing our own thing, to be replaced at some time by the next individual being?

I'm agnostic, but was raised as a Presbyterian.

While I don't subscribe to a Christian god, per se, I do believe there is some sort of higher power than ourselves. I just can't define with current religions what it is. It may not be a god at all, just a cosmic force that has had a part in creating everything in some shape or fashion, that doesn't really care what we do in this life which is why so many innocents die and suffer, and why so many greedy and evil people succeed.

A lot of those that even practice religion end up twisting their own words to fit their own narrative rather than spread love and peace. Humans at their very core are corruptible and very few will ever make it to their version of heaven, if it even exists.

I personally believe in a higher power, as I said, but I also believe that karma is a thing. I suppose that either makes me superstitious or, like many religious folks, eager to see people punished for what goes against my own morals.

If people would read the Bible, they might find out that God is their creator. The Bible sys that God knows you (them) so personally that He knows the number of hairs you have on your head. Some cosmic force wouldn't know that!!

Without a cosmic and/or religious force, I think out spinning globe would have spun out into the void of darkness a long time ago. There must be something other than pure physics to hold us in place. Maybe cosmic and/or religious force are the same thing?

I'm agnostic. I believe that sometimes there appears to be a reason that things happen in my life, and it's beyond me. I think spirituality is something that's impossible for me to understand completely. I do pray occasionally when a child goes missing, or for my family's health etc. I also believe that we are one of many individuals doing our thing, to certainly be replaced by more individual brings in the future.

I’m not of any well-known and organized beliefs but I do believe in the power of an energy we can’t see. We assign it all kinds of names: karma, luck, bad/good juju, mojo, quantum physics, the law of attraction, whatever you want to call it, this energy reacts to us and our states of being and subsequently changes our experience based on that.
