What are some good author mentors I can look at if I want to write a self help book?

I do not know what genre I would classify myself as being in, but it would be in the spirituality category, the mystery category, the ancient knowledge category, the universal consciousness category, and the faith immersion category. I am trying to unify the idea of non religious spirituality with scriptural doctrine, without disclosing scriptural verses in my book. I want my book to have no religious terms in its title so that it can be sold to secular people while being a religious document that is only religious in undertone and not explicit statements.

What are some good author mentors I can look at if I want to write a self help book?
