Does Deuteronomy 27–28 promise protection from poverty in the Bible?

I believe the laws are metaphorical and I have posted indirect interpretations of it on here but I did not post the direct interpretation.

Because I shared those laws with my uncle for entertainment, and he said less than 1 in 20,000 people can keep those laws, so I decided posting those laws would discourage more people than it helps.

I kept those laws pretty well in university, and I did not become rich during that time, but I went from D's in first year university to straight A's in my last 2.5 years of university.
