I have heard a lot about how hard it is. You basically have to fast from the dusk till the sunset.

Even though I am not a Muslim, I had it last year because I love new challenges and doing some healthy activities in the name of god is good in my opinion.

I found it to be very easy. Maybe because it suited my horrible schedule and laziness. I used to have the first meal of the day at 3 PM and I need lesser water than an average person so, it wasn't that demanding for me.

What about you? What is your experience with it?

Michio Kaku cites that we have evidence the world was created by an intelligence. First, do you believe he said it? If he did, do you agree? Also, what are the main reasons he believes this is you accept that he does?

When you choose to have the spiritual experiences that you usually do, does it turn out to be later on frightening or exciting?

While you can choose to have these experiences, once you enter them, you have no control how they will make you feel. Some spiritual experiences are forced upon us but most of them we pick for us.

You can't choose your emotions but you normally can choose your experiences.
