We’ve been dating for 3.5 years. He moved out of town about 6 months ago. The last time he came to visit him and his kids stayed at my house the whole two weeks. We were planning for me to visit him soon & I told him I’d have to bring my son this time. He said ok no problem. Then the following day he said sister asked if his nephew can fly down with me. So I said um okay two kids shouldn’t be too hard. He was like well I want my kids to come they haven’t been here yet. I said understandable but it’s only one of me, that’ll be 4 kids 5-9 years old plus luggage, I’d love to bring them but that’s going to be too difficult. I’m bringing my son this time because I have to. So he said if I don’t bring them my son can’t come.

Little back story! He was a single father when we met & I took care of his kids up until about 3 months before he moved. They’ve stayed with me while he was working even times when my son was with his dad or spending the night with family members. I took them to school when he needed me to, treated them as my own. Their mom came back in the picture after years of refusing to take them while living in the same city. She would take them a few times a month then when I came in the picture she got even more distant. She would always take their daughter but NEVER the boys. So I stepped up.

If I could’ve driven just so everyone could go I would have but I can’t drive my car that far & he knows that. None of the kids have flown before. 2 are afraid of heights. Not only would I have to fly I’ll have to get an Uber, train & another Uber because he’ll be at work. I can count on one hand the amount of times I needed him to keep my son or do anything for him. So for him to basically say my son is not welcome to his house without his kids being there, after EVERYTHING I’ve done for his children with or without my son being there is soo unbelievable. I broke up with him. Was this situation worth it?

I had a fling with someone two years ago. He was quiet afterwards and it felt so uncomfortable I had to ask him why.. he said the sex we had was the best he’s ever had. I just took it as he was just saying things to say it. He soon after started professing how he feels..”I want a relationship, I could really see us settling down” etc. I pretty much sabotaged it on purpose because I wasn’t looking for anything serious. He was mad that I was seeing other men. (Back then) -/ fast forward to now, I messaged him to ask if he wanted to have sex? He said yes, so we exchanged numbers and set up a time and day. The day comes and he’s slow to respond to me, he’s not a responsive as he’s been over the course of us reconnecting.. I made plans with someone else. The next day he asks what I did the day before and I told him “I went to go see someone” and it pissed him off to the point where all we did was argue. by the way -/ he’s in a relationship with his baby’s mother (new born) and they live together, I am single. so we’ve argued for like 3 weeks until he finally agreed to see me last Tuesday and we had sex at his job. He’s extremely dry with me after so it started to irritate me to the point I told him “you’re only making me not like you and I can’t wait until I do” so I sent him our Se’x tapes and told him if that’s how I have to remember him, it’s how he gotta remember me (called him names) and he said “you’re way too much for me💯 it’s not attractive” — what I’m confused on is why is trying to impose how he feel and what he wants on me, when all I ever wanted was to have sex? Like the first time we’ve met. That’s all, I didn’t have no attraction to him outside of intercourse. Why is he behaving the way he is when I just started caring more (I didn’t care at first) and now we said some things to eachother that’s hurtful and we both blocked eachother. Like what is the reason for all of this? Am I wrong?

This is regarding my older sister. Her ex boyfriend came after a week after she broke up. Meanwhile it's sweet he came to his senses, came to apologize and propose, my sister is still hurt. He promised to have the wedding expedited within 2 months later.

She's wondering why he wouldn't propose all those 7 years into the relationship and why only after she left him. She's wondering how much longer would she have waited if she didn't break up. She also feels like this is a forced marriage where he'll end up resenting her. She's not done processing all this. She accepted it but isn't sure about proceeding with the wedding too soon and is still hurt. Do you think she should just let it go and follow through it (forgive and forget)? Girls if that was you and your ex boyfriend came back apologizing and proposing, would you accept it or not?

He was nice to me. He would cover me for breaks without asking when we first met. He initiated every conversation but didn't initiate conversations with me as much as he did with other people. blushes and smiles, with eye contact when talking (but he blushes around everyone) he told me twice that he missed me when i missed work. Avoided looking at me when around each other sometimes, but then would stare at me and smile at me other times. Tried to touch my hand when grabbing the same thing, i think. I felt like there was tension when we were around each other. He was a flirt, but he flirted with everyone. Would text me first and ask to play video games together (online) offered to hug me as an apology (over text) when i mentioned he did something that was rude. At one point, he was super dry over text, but then he started being more effort when texting soon before he quit, making me thing he wanted a friendship outside of work. Called me his friend. When i would talk to him with his friend around, his friend would smirk at us.
Then, It was his last day of work. I didn't want to make him feel bad, so when i was saying bye, i had nothing to say. he said i looked happy, but i told him i wasn't. He offered me his work shirts, and then before i could respond, he drove away really fast. I texted him and told him i would miss him, and i enjoyed working together and to text me anytime. He said that was sweet and "you too" then he started being REALLY dry over text and taking like 3+ hours to send a one word response. I thought he was just busy, but i got a weird vibe. I ignored that feeling until he decided to stop by where we work, and he waited until i got off to stop by. I texted him about it, and he was dry again. The next day, his friend was VERY standoffish around me. My friend told him i missed him and he said he didn't believe her, and then said "that's nice" Did i do something wrong? So confused
