I saw a bit on YouTube which made me cringe a bit. It was satire but it started with a girl telling her boyfriend she's going on a girls trip, just a few of her friends.

Okay, then she says they're going to a club where there's a lot of guys there, he asks why nobody is bringing their boyfriends, she says all her friends are, but she wanted to just go with them.

I know it's satire, but the second I hear "girls trip", I say pretend to be okay with it, but if the key she has to your apartment still works when she gets back, then shame on you for letting her cheat. Even if she hasn't done it yet, the second she walks in and mentioned a girls trip, she'd already made a conscious decision to cheat, months before the "trip" happens.

I don't know, am I being paranoid and insecure, people? Before ladies start saying it's stupid, flip the script. If I was your boyfriend and I wanted to go to a bar with all of your friends and I said you can't come, what then?

Those locks should be changed while I'm out and you should have thrown all of my personal belongings out of the window, that same night. To do anything else is to allow yourself to be disrespected and spit on by the person who's supposed to love you, so please don't ignore signs.

Before accusations come in, no, I didn't get cheated on in this fashion. It did happen, but not in this way, it was much more of a sudden thing. The only indications one of my 3 relationships gave of infidelity was her acting nervous around me despite me being always supportive. Maybe I supported her wrong, maybe when she was crying and asked me to leave one night after a huge fight with her mom, I shouldn't have held her, anyway, or maybe.

But in the future, if a girl I love cries, you'll have to strangle me to make me stop trying to comfort her and even then, my dead arms will still keep her warm, so judge away, if you like

So my girlfriend recently made a revelation that sort of blew my mind.

I kind of figured that women would wear only underwear under long dresses/skirts, and I was right, I saw my girlfriend getting dressed and that's what she did.

But the weather's gotten hot and the other day I saw her throw on a pretty short and flowy dress that hit only slightly longer than mid-thigh and rode up when sitting over her bra and underwear and then she... just put her shoes on and headed out that way. She didn't put on shorts underneath.

And the whole time I was out with her I kept feeling some second hand embarrassment for her. As if her underwear would be flashed in public in any minute. I kept paying attention to how the wind blew her dress. How it rode up when she sat and crossed her legs. When she climbed up stairs. Thankfully her underwear was never flashed.

When I brought this thing up of why she didn't wear shorts underneath her short dress she literally spit out her water at me and bursted out laughing. About how she never met another woman who does this.

And then I brought up embarrassment or underwear being flashed and she said that as long as you keep your legs together, squat instead of bending over to get something, lightly hold your dress in the wind, etc, no one should ever see your underwear anyway. And that even if anyone saw her underwear she wouldn't care anyway because she wears bikinis at the beach all the time and has bikini pics on her social media.

And honestly mind blown. I'm wondering if most women do what my girlfriend does because I genuinely don't know.

I've noticed that I have had an increase in ocd after COVID happened. Things I had never considered have now entered my mind, and it's really driving me crazy. I realize we are essentially living in filth as human beings. I never realized how we essentially spit when we talk, even when we're just talking normally. I never knew that until they started talking about the spread of COVID. Now I picture basically spitting food particles at each other every time we talk. I was also made aware of how much a toilet sprays into the air when we flush. I don't know how others don't find that absolutely disgusting. Even if the lid is closed, the toilet will still spray through the cracks. Essentially, we are covered in feces and urine particles and then go walk around our houses. I also realized that people don't really wash their hands well and will shake people's hands and touch shared objects. I don't know how anyone can live with this other than simply being ignorant of it. Does anyone else feel the same way, or do I need to go see an OCD specialist?
