Let’s say she’s interested in a guy, but he’s super shy and never makes the first move. He might like her too but is too afraid to act. Should she take the initiative, or is it still “the guy’s job”?

I have noticed quite a few people on here are not always happy with the ways guys or girls treat one another so I split this question into two categories one for if your a guy or girl responding and the second what would you expect of the opposite gender. (I understand that this topic can be very emotional for some so please try to keep all comments in a respectful manor after all we are all human and sometimes it just takes a little love and kindness to fix our broken hearts)

Most girls have a past. Why couldn’t they just pick well in the beginning? I get relationships are complicated but they go for red flags 🚩or ignore them and wonder why they got what they deserved? Going after the bad boy as they say.

Then afterwards they realise why no good men want to date them and struggle to take any accountability.

We don’t want what another men has had.

Recently, there’s been a girl at my grocery store job that always waves at me. I’ve never seen her before, until now and I’ve never interacted with her. I don’t know, if I should take this as a sign that she might be interested. I’ve noticed that she doesn’t wave at any of my other co-workers. Don’t want to go up to her when she’s not interested.
