Hello, I have a close friend of 8-9 years and she doesn't listen to me no matter how much I warn her. I am not a social person who likes to talk on the phone and text every day. Even the closest person I call (my family) doesn't take more than 1 hour to talk to. No matter how well I warn my friend or express my discomfort, she calls and texts me every day, no matter what I do. I think she is trying to see if I am just looking at my phone, even on Instagram. She is not a bad person, but this friendship harms me and I become unable to do my daily work. I stayed up late last night because of their selfish behavior, I was late to work because i couldnt wake up in morning. What are your thoughts on what you would do if you were in this situation?
Note: Every time I warn her, a fight breaks out, she says i am manipulating her, or she gets angry. Or she would make an excuse like "I haven't been doing this for years, I have a problem now", but even when she said she wasn't doing it, it was just a little bit less than that, it was still the same, and I was uncomfortable.

For some context, I do this more so when I am severely depressed, weather is tolerable enough and I can't seem to sleep or relax.

I have plenty of friends but none that I feel close enough to confide in. Therapy feels like running in cycles sometimes. Despite medicine being a passion of mine, it doesn't change the fact that it's incredibly difficult to manage at school. My part time work is not too bad but it doesn't 'give me life'. The more independent i've become, the lonelier it's gotten but I craved for this peace so i'm conflicted.

I want to get a dog so bad but I fear being too depressed to care for it if I ever had a really bad low. But this is the closest thing to something that could 'give me life'- a reason to keep going everyday you know? I am a nurturer at heart and would thrive off wanting the best for it. I would love to have a mini non-verbal companion

There's days where I get overwhelmned in the night and I grab my longboard and go cruising. I know this is kinda dumb, but if it's earlier like 11pm or 4am, i'll put in an earbud and just go wherever the evening/morning takes me. It's usually pretty quiet out and I love how pretty the moon looks.

It's risky because I am f22 and live in a city with a pretty high crime rate. Personally, I haven't fallen victim to anything crazy yet but I feel that the more I keep doing this, the more my odds are of running into a deadly situation.

I am red belt in taekwondo so I feel self assured but in a street fight, weapons could likely be drawn. No amount of training could ever make me block a blade or dodge bullets. Real life is sadly much scarier than the movies make it out to be

Is anyone else in a similar situation? I am open to opinions from all

Okay... so I was on an online forum, presumably a pretty toxic one, and the topic at hand was whether it was "okay" or not for "fat" women to wear revealing clothing or show skin. And one of the people attached the photo of the woman above, saying something like: "Do you REALLY wanna see elephants like this wearing such skimpy outfits such as this? How can a woman who looks like THAT leave the house dressed like that and feel absolutely no shame?"

And I was just like... WHAT? Is that literally not just an average or normal body type? She definitely isn't super skinny, but she most definitely doesn't look "fat" to me either. She does have somewhat of a belly, but then again, so do a lot of people. I wouldn't even consider it a bad thing, just some extra softness. Her belly definitely doesn't look excessive to me either.

Honestly, I'd refer to her as "curvy." She has big boobs and relatively wide hips, only her waist is a normal size instead of super thin. Which makes sense. Usually curvier women won't be super skinny.

Also... my own body type is quite a bit "fatter" compared to hers, so if she's "fat" what does that make me... lol...

I'll also get this out there, I'm bisexual and her body type is honestly kind of ideal to me. She's in pretty good shape overall, yet looks like someone who can enjoy pasta and beer and just chill. She isn't supermodel attractive or anything, but I like more average looking girls since they're more welcoming and relatable to me. I find the supermodel types too intimidating/unapproachable anyway, lol.
