I'm friends with this person and all he talks about 90% of the time is his RC trucks. If I or someone else doesn't bring up a conversation he always talks about him building things for his RC trucks or something about them. It's like that's the only thing on his mind.

My girlfriend just bought her house. I thought moving in with her would be an opportunity to save money, but I don't know if it’s worth it. I’d only be paying $700 for everything, but I don't know if I can live the way she lives.

It’s a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo. The guest room doesn’t have a bed and she has people sleeping over on a regular. They usually sleep on the living room couch. She told me when her mom and grandma come to visit we must sleep on floor because “they have health issues”.

I offered to bring my bed and put it in the guest room which she refused to do so. The reason for this is because she has so many clothes she doesn’t wear, and a bunch of stuff she has no space for.

Lots of times she has her friends come over with their children. Usually the kids play her bedroom. Which I see as an issue because one time I was staying with her she let the children play in her room. And one of them smashed my iPhone screen. Another issue is that 6 of her friends have keys to her house. And I don't know if I can live there under these conditions.
