"Diversity" officer at University of London doesn't have much use for white men

Some GAGers might know from reading my opinions that I don't have much use for Political Correctness. And nowhere does the "PC Police" (my not so affectionate term) have more sway these days than on college and university campuses. An example I've highlighted in a previous myTake can be found here:

Now some of you might be saying: "Hey Tad . . . Curious. If you don't like Political Correctness then you're not down for the struggle! You must be a racist - sexist - homophobe!" Well, I would respond to that this way: I respect and admire Dr. Martin Luther King. I think he was one of the most important and courageous Americans to have ever lived. I believe in what he said about judging people by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin. And I believe strongly in the rights of women and girls. This is especially important in the developing world, where entire societies elevate themselves and become more prosperous when women and girls are given rights and opportunities for education and employment. And I decry what is happening to women and girls in much of the Middle East and Africa today. It's bad enough that women are not allowed to drive in Saudi Arabia. Even worse is what's happening to women and girls at this very moment in Syria and Iraq at the hands of the Islamic State. As for homophobia (literally, a fear of homosexuals): I've never encountered a homosexual that I was afraid of. I don't care what consenting adult homosexuals do in the privacy of their bedrooms. As long as they don't try to shove their political agenda down my throat I have no problem with them. I say "live and let live."

But Political Correctness has morphed into a kind of not-so-soft tyranny. And nothing illustrates that better than the article from Breitbart London that I've included below. The kind of mindset illustrated by this nut job woman is not confined to this one particular school, or just to the U.K. Her mindset is very well represented on college campuses all across the U.S. as well. Her sense of "diversity" and "tolerance" speaks for itself. If you don't agree with her and her ilk and their agenda you are an enemy and there is no place for you. And if you are a white man like me, she literally doesn't want you to live -- let alone "live and let live."

Police Called in over #KillAllWhiteMen

Police have launched an investigation into the controversial students’ union diversity officer who tweeted ‘kill all white men’.

Bahar Mustafa of Goldsmiths, University of London sparked a race row after telling white men not to attend an event on diversity in the curriculum. Amid increased scrutiny, she insisted she had done nothing wrong before tweeting with the hashtag #killallwhitemen.

She defended her tweet by saying that minority women cannot be racist or sexist.

However, the Evening Standard reports that Scotland Yard are now investigating allegations about her post. A spokesman said: “Police received a complaint on 7 May about a racially motivated malicious communication that had been made on a social media account. There have been no arrests and enquiries are continuing.”

Goldsmiths has also distanced itself from her, saying she is “not an employee of the university and is not a student.” The college added: ” We are treating all concerns with sensitivity and with the utmost urgency.

“The Students’ Union is independent of Goldsmiths, University of London. It is run by student officials elected by union members.

“Both the University and the Students’ Union are committed to fighting all forms of oppression, including racism, sexism and any other form of bigotry.”

Students are gathering signatures for a petition to call a vote of no confidence in Mustafa, but if a vote is called they will need a two-thirds majority to remove her. In response, she admitted the use of the term “white trash” on an official Twitter account was “not professional”, but defended the #killallwhitemen hashtag and similar posts, saying they were “in-jokes and ways that many people in the queer feminist community express ourselves”.

“It’s a way of reclaiming the power from the trauma many of us experience as queers, women, people of colour, who are on the receiving end of racism, misogyny and homophobia daily.”

It's funny and sad that peaceful speech can get people arrested here in the UK. But, an actual incitement to violence apparently doesn't, at least if done in the pursuit of 'social justice'.

I seriously doubt that she has ever experienced racism, looking white as she does and arguably actually being white too.

An interesting fact is that she is taxpayer-funded. In other words, she is being paid by mostly white men without their consent to issue calls to exterminate white men!

In the perverted thinking of this woman's mind -- and the many others like her -- if you are a white man you are guilty. Of what? Oh, believe me, she and her ilk could recite a long litany of "aggressions" and "micro-aggressions" that they've dreamed up in their fevered imaginations. I read in another piece about her that she's the product of a "gender studies" program at her university. So she came pre-loaded from that with lots of hate and bitterness. But she enjoys the freedom to spew her rage in a free, Western country. How much more true oppression would she face -- as a woman of Arab descent -- in an Arab country?

To stop racism you need to stop the industry of racism who also use the race of whites to create outrage with things like this or worse and the actions in the end to give support for bad people like this, you need to destroy this cynical thing because you can create outrage and make other people become racist for the rest of the live because they are learning about injustice and people who seems to be racist taking advantage of the laws for not being white to create hate and provocation, and after some cumulation who they remember, but I think some want to keep this allowed because they can get money using race, even the own whites in some magazines and media try to keep this kind of outrage because they know are keeping the racism with the intentional outrage who they create and they want to keep flaws to let this industry of racism open and will end in other people too.

If you allow things like this you will make people pampered, thinking everything is allowed and wanting take advantage of the policies, taking advantage of naive people, and social policies or become bully just to provocate the outrage wanting something bad to happen or get attention.

This is something very bad to support because I think a cumulation of this with other and maybe worse things can make "some" people be racist and bitter for the rest of the life and other bad people become pampered and trying to take advantage.

Don't accept this thing of "minority can't be racist" because this is just a shield for some people take advantage. Why they need to be racist in the begins? Is hard to respect others or being normal human? Why they can't have responsibility in the life? Because of a excuse who they take advantage using like shield? Why they changed the meaning of the word racism? Don't let these kind of people take advantage of these things because if you're a good human you don't need to make this.

Also, don't let some "whites" try to keep this too because of their interest in money or other things because they are owners of magazines or some site because if you want to "end" racism really you need to remove all flaws to improve something and don't create outrage and the sense of injustice and bias.

This is unfortunately, far too acceptable for much of society. We need to look at it less as minorities v white and men v women, and people who want to build a better society against radical nut jobs.

That is no excuse for exhibiting the same kind of hateful behavior that was given to them. In fact, many straight white men, including myself, do not take part in bashing any of those groups, and actively speak out against it. We deserve hate no more than those groups themselves deserve, simply for existing.

Similar happened here in Toronto a while ago - white students were excluded from attending a meeting for 'racialized' students.
