Well can I identify as white? I doubt it. Because blacks will accept anyone, but other races/ethnicities won't accept blacks. #dropsmic
There are many blacks passing for and identifying as white. Can you pass for white? If so then you could identify as white. If you can't, then yes, that would be difficult.
I'm curious though. Can you tell me how this woman identifies herself affects you or your personal agenda? Why you care how she identifies herself? I'm seriously curious.

It doesn't affect me but it's the truth. Nobody will ever accept a black person, including other blacks. Blacks will forever be the forbidden. How many nonblacks really want to be black? Except for this crazy insane woman. And those blacks that are 'passing' for white will and always have a much better life than a black person who can't pass for white. Am I wrong? Everyone is in denial!
Other races and ethnicities do accept blacks, we don't accept stupid ignorant as yourself.

I just don't get it therefore I don't believe it.
Transgender I can understand how that would happen, I believe it's some kind of mutation in the womb.
But I dont see how a skin color has any affect like that. I believe she just wants to be black, and that is perfectly okay, but it's nothing like being transgender.
If people that are men or people that are women can identify themselves as the opposite sex and dress like the opposite sex.
And we can accept that why should we car if she gets dressed up and identifies herself as the opposite race?
Let her be or "think" she's whatever she wants and honestly it wasn't worth her having to resign she was still a good leader and people of any race can be the leader of the NACCP.
I was listening to the radio and the host was talking about this, saying she was illegitimately usurping the black experience "because her ancestors didn't suffer the midatlantic passage", ie the slave ships.
So does that mean recent African immigrants, who crossed the Atlantic in a 747, also don't have the "black experience"?

I don't care about anything else really. If you're white, you're white If you're black, you're black. It's like a transgender girl trying to say she's a boy. No. If you have a penis you're a boy. if you have a vagina you're a girl.
In ask myself, "How does this woman's identifying as black affect me in anyway?" Answer: it doesn't. "Why would I care what she wants to identify as? Answer: see first question.

Those two aren't even comparable. Caitlyn was a woman mentally looking before the transform. I don't think it was something she had total control over. Plus she's technically a woman now.. same as any other. It's just stupid to think you can change race whenever you want. She never was and never will be black. Surgery or injections can't change that. Someone please explain how she's black. It can be proven that Caitlyn is a woman
What's the difference? Give Rachel plastic surgery and she can be black, just like Bruce had plastic surgery to become a woman. It's either stupid for both or it's acceptable for both.

There is no such thing as transracial.
And there is no such thing as transgender.
