Legalese fraud. Most of you don't even care to understand it. You so willingly hand over your rights and not care. People don't really see how the devil runs the whole system here on earth, even having those who say they love God celebrate pagan days of worship!


How does MARITIME ADMIRALTY laws apply to you? That is laws of the sea and you're a breathing human being on land. You see, under their laws, they do! Its all done by word magic and fiat contracts!


Before you were born, you were in a womb of water and you were carried in a vessel, and were delivered onto dry land. What is another word for ship? Naval! Did you know that the medical term for belly button is NAVAL? This is not coincidence. In their laws, you arrive to a port and docked on dry land. You were detached at the Naval(umbilical cord) leaving your vessel/ship(placenta) . You leave behind your vessel which has both water and your DNA. You enter into port and dock your ship. Do you get it? Dock? Who signs your birth certificate? A doctor! Once again, this is not coincidence!


You cannot forget the placenta(ship) was left behind. It has your DNA. Your DNA is dead. They enslave you through a well thought out plan and the bible has warn us about it! The reason is because our parents were deceived and signed an unlawful contract with a corporation masquerading as a government. That corporation pronounces you DEAD(this is a fact) and creates another corporation/fiction character in your name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. If you need proof you just only need to go pick up some mail that was sent to you from a bank or corporation, and you will see your name in all capital letters. Go look at your birth certificate. Your name is in all capital letters.


How do they pronounce you dead? In admiralty law, silence is fatal! A couple of days after you were born, the corporation posts in the local newspaper that a baby with your name is born. People see the little tab in the newspaper and think it is a delight not understanding why they do this. If you found some ones dog, you post up signs around the neighborhood so people can call you and claim their pet. That is what the corporation does. They post the baby's name in the News Paper, because they have your placenta, and in hopes nobody comes and claims it. Its in lost and found! Nobody claims it, and because people think they are referring to a baby and not your placenta, silence is fatal in admiralty jurisdiction, they have now claimed that placenta as their property. The placenta is dead. So they create a fictional character with your name in all capital letters in their system, and pronounce you as DEAD. They can now use you as a corporation! Its considered abandoned ship. You abandoned it! Like a barber! You go get your hair cut, you leave all your hair behind, you never claimed your hair, so the barber uses your DNA as a corporation and sells a wig to another customer!


That is how they track you down for debt. They register you as inventory when your parents signed that birth certificate! That is how they keep tabs on you, because you are so willingly to act as a agent for their corporation(name in all caps). Your birth certificate gets auctioned off to the highest bidder on Wall Street. Many of you can actually go to your birth certificate and look at the number on the bottom right side. Take that number and do a google search and see who has done FOIA requests on it! The reason why your name is in all capital letters is because if it was in correct punctuation, well that would be copyright infringement! You did not agree to contract with them, so they don't have the authority to call you by what you are suppose to be called. For an example. You're not JOHN QUINCY ADAMS. You are John Quincy of the Adams family.


Think about this, you don't own any of your documents, licenses, titles, deeds, etc.. The name is in all capital letters. When you were born, the corporation registered your name in all capital letters with your DNA. They have committed identity fraud! You consent to it every time you show your license! The clerk is just reading fictional information, about a fictional character right beside your picture! 9341 NW 42 CT, Sunrise FL 33351 is a fictional address. Here is the difference between a fictional address to a physical real existent address. You would say "In Care Of 9341 North West 42 Court, Non Domestic, Sunrise Florida [3351] Real Land North America." Nothing is abbreviated, you are in Care of because you maintain the property, Non Domestic because your country is not the same as everyone else. You're a sovereign and they are public servants. The zip code is always in brackets because that signifies that it is a fictional number because it has no relevance to real physical matter!


We as a people allowed ourselves to be deceived by the most wickedest one for our freedom! There is currently 7 billion people in the world and we currently have enough food to sustain 12 billion! In America today, there are so many abandon homes that each homeless person can have about 6 of them, and this is not an exaggeration! We have a tyranny problem. Anybody with eyes and a brain can see that! Anybody who knows how to read, comprehend, and understand what they are comprehending can tell whats right and wrong, after reading the bible! Because the bible tells us and warns us!


Everything is in the bible! The organic constitution of the United States Of America ratified by congress in 1789 was written after the bible! The way the courts function, they still function under a system of God, and I mean the Father, even though the system is being governed by the devil! God allows it because we allowed other men and women to judge us rather than Him!


For any court under the Common Law to have jurisdiction over you, a prosecutor needs to file a valid case of action against you. The prosecutor needs 3 elements that are required for a valid action to be filed against anyone! 1) is a title, 2) is a enacting clause, 3) is a body! If they can not show the origins of the law, and why it has been established, then they have no enacting clause. The court employees auctioning off your accounts to the highest bidder on Wall Street for tickets, fines, fees, etc.., is not an enacting clause!


The 3rd required element is corpus delicti( a body). With no evidence of a body of a natural human being that was once breathing, or a body who is a human being and a victim and still alive, then they have not met the required elements for jurisdiction to exercise judgement over your persons and property under the Common Law. The only other jurisdiction mentioned in the organic constitution deals with international maritime contracts under admiralty jurisdiction. Don't want to be apart of this fraud? Then stop being an agent for the LEGAL FRAUD NAME! We make this criminal corporation masquerading as a government null and void!


In real land North America, this country's population is about 5% of the worlds population, yet we hold 35% of the world population incarcerated per capita! If there is no victim, or damaged party. One who was harmed, murdered, or violated some ones rights or property. If no body or victim exists, then they cannot show where the origin the law came from and cannot file a valid case of action to show a crime has been committed! Enacting clause is very important! Millions upon millions of Americans are arrested every year for victimless crimes!
