"Women died from these procedures and knew it was a possibility but we re desperate enough anyways. " well he's right, which is why they're legal. Is that the stance he's taking? I'm confused.

"any sane person would say the Supreme Court will overturn Roe v Wade"
No, the supreme court have to obey the law, if the law states one become a citizen of the US when conceived then the child will be protected by the law.

Abortion is only legal today because the definition of a human is being born, up until birth (in some states only until 3th trimester) killing the child is no crime.

I was speaking as I saw it for a reasonable response Trump could have given if he was knowledgeable on the issue. Omg the opportunities he missed! With Scalia's seat open and ALL THAT drama... man if he were a true politician this would have been a soft serve. But he isn't and the interviewer knew it. It was brilliant.

I'm obviously a very liberal dual citizen. I was born in the U. S. But blood Citizen and passport holder of Ireland. You're rant only serves to prove you have zero understanding of how the fed govt of the U. S. Is organized. The Judicial branch has the final say on everything. Legislative tried to undo their own Affordable Care Act and scumbag Chief Judtoce Edwards upheld it but gutted it by saying it was Consitutional not under the Commerce Clause (interstate commerce) but under the right of fed to tax. Even Congress was too stupid to see that he actually put not only the nail on the coffin for this bill but also set extremely widespread precedent that limits

The executive branches lower to act in the future under the interstate governance commerce clause. It was so beautiful what Edwards did that I respected it even though I Knew it would change America forever. This young brilliant Choef Justice was everything Neoconservatives hoped he would be yet they are too stupid to realize the long reaching arms of his rulings.

With Scalia's seat open and the GOP hoping to day the next appointment until after the election the GOP front runner if a well seasoned politician would have seized the opportunity to say: 'Once I'm in office and appoint the next Justice we will see that Roe v Wade is overturned and punish the doctors that still provide this archaic procedure to poor misguided women in their desperation."

The Donald is certainly a wordsmith and God of manipulation. But he simply just doesn't have the knowledge base on foreign or domestic politics that God gave a liberal arts major.

If elected he at best will be a puppet or figure head. We already tried that out with GW. I love the man but he was simply a talking head for his ill advisors. Even G HW Bush admitted this and protested this during his recent memoir.

He outright blames Cheney and Rumsfeld for going Rogue and dragging his son along.

Idc about Trumps stance an abortion. Everyone knows abortion is immoral, and therefor should be illegal.
We need to stop having unwanted pregnancies and start preaching celibacy until marriage.
That way couples responsibly have children.

@YummyLady @cpzpbx3 Correction, lets enforce celibacy until marriage, that way, Couples will take sex and children more seriously.

If the 21st century means killing thousands of unborn, i am not for it.
What are your solutions? you have non-just abortion as a way of escaping responsibility for poor decisions.

It's not about allowing people to "escape reality" as much as it is necessary to prevent millions of unwanted children from being thrown into the already bogged-down foster care system, where already hundreds of thousands are awaiting adoption. You think tossing a million more kids on top of a hundred thousand is a good idea?

Of course we should enforce abstaining until ready for a child, but the fact is you cannot force millions of people to take it as seriously as you or I do. Stupid people make stupid decisions--and you think we should force these same stupid people to raise children they don't want in the first place? That sounds like a recipe for child abuse and endangering if I ever heard one. Please remember you aren't JUST punishing the pregnant woman.

We absolutely need to try to reduce abortions through education, but outlawing it altogether will NOT work. Full stop. It's illogical.

Oh, and the idea of outlawing sex until marriage is laughable. How do you even enforce that?
I, too, would like to live in a fantasy land where no one had sex until they were ready, birth control was 100% effective, and all the unwanted children found loving homes... but this is the real world we live in.

I should also add that if you think married people don't get abortions, too, you're naïve. But, you're young. You still have a lot to figure out about the world around you--the first thing being that the world will never EVER adapt to you and your ideals. You must instead adapt to it. Try to change things for the better, of course... but don't expect to change other people. It doesn't work that way.

Carl I like you most times and you seem fair enough. But either submit a feasible comment on the topic or don't.

This was the absolutely very first time I've seen him get backed into a corner without a known way out. And I mean that lightly. They just wanted him to say make a broad policy position on abortion. He was pro choice until the recent election. His daughter is very good friends with Chelsea.

Look, I'm sorry, I know you would like to believe that your homeboy made some galant statement about second or third term abortions but he didn't.

Your argument is moot. Mr. Trump took a position somewhat along the lines of he's ban all abortions. Neither the president, congress or any state currently has the power to do so.

Look buddy, I was raised by my Da who was Irish as well as my Mom.
@ReptoCarl got one thing right- don't tell Catholics how to feel about it on stereotype. I triple fact checked his statement on women before commenting. It's solid.

Please don't crassly demand I get things right because you are weak or poor at your job or connections. I would love to be wrong. I wake up every morning praying to a God I don't believe in to be wrong.

When I reflect that God is just I tremble for my country.

Your opinion only makes me more hesitant to understand why voting laws are the way they are. You want to see women punished and raped and forced to have their rape baby? fine.

Let's call it a toss. I'm going to live a moral life on this planet and in this life time. You can continue to be a... person of, we'll you know, a certain background that doesn't like to read things or learn. I can point you to good gator or snake lands to hunt and kill
How does Yemen sound? They won't take any of their nationalists but we are trying to repatriate as many as we can from GTMO. Most detainees were from Yemen.

I can't tell you have the right attitude. interested in the position?

Everything is correct except for the last part: Donald Trump is not a successful business man. He has been in debt for a long time, lost a lot of his assets and his business ventures continue to fail.

I'm giving you an up vote for commenting but because you seem to be smart and young I implore you to please take this first or second presidential run you qualify to vote in seriously.

I'm not being mean or putting you down. I'm going off of personal experience but also the fact that we never thought a race could get more controversial than Bush v Gore. Now 16 years later this is 10 times worse. The only two parties we have in this hegemone seem to not be on a path to even nominating a candidate elected by their party. Sure in Bush v Gore the Supreme Court picked the president but now we can't even make it to the general with either party appointing a candidate who represents the popular vote.

Oh and as for the Supreme Court if needed? The bench is being held hostage by Congress.

I had a young person Ask me which branch of the government Congress was.

Degrading myself? That's literally what it's called, at least after nine weeks in a pregnancy. Before that, it's an embryo, zygote, blastocyst, etc...

Is it wrong to call a seed a seed? Or do you feel you must call it a sapling, even though it hasn't reached that stage of development yet?
