Reallyy interesting. I didn't know people forced themselves to eat to gain muscles. Or pushed themselves that hard at the gym. Mad respect ✊
i hate meal preps, I feel like its a chore! I eat whatever I want but in small portions, and work out like an animal. i never even knew people fitness shame others.

anyways i was benching 315 and squatting 550 two weeks into my senior year of high school.
Competitive bodybuilding is a lifestyle and very well a sport. Those numbers are irrelevant to me. I lift to build my body within perfect symmetry and create an overall aesthetic. I'm a bodybuilder not a weight lifter. A weightlifter cares about numbers.. A powerlifter cares about numbers.. I care about how I look in the mirror.
its not a sport because there is no defense. body building is as much a sport as chess is. also i weight 210 at the time. i was an Adonis.
