I've seen a shitload of people use the "it's not that bad, the guy was a criminal with a rap sheet" excuse for Michael Brown and Alton Sterling. Well guess what, that doesn't fucking matter.
A cops job is to protect and serve, their job is to fucking protect people.
So when some fucker shoots a man who doesn't have a fucking gun. They aren't doing their fucking job. They in fact are doing the opposite of their job. They are acting less like the great Elliot Ness
The famous treasury agent who went after the vile Al Capone and one of the most terrifying serial killers in American History (The Cleveland Torso Murders)
And more like the Serial Killer Manuel Pardo:
Manuel Pardo was a cop in Florida, keyword was. Manny Pardo killed and robbed 9 people whom he claimed were drug dealers, some of them were. some of them were sex workers. You know happened to Manuel Pardo, florida gave him the needle. That is exactly what should have happened.
Here are a few things that make it murder
1.If a cop shoots someone who does not have a gun drawn on them or a civilian. THAT IS MURDER.
2. If a cop shoots someone who is subdued ala Alton Sterling THAT IS MURDER.
3. If a cop shoots someone who is unarmed, THAT IS MURDER.
4. If a cop shoots a fleeing suspect, THAT IS MURDER.
It doesn't matter if they have a criminal record. It doesn't matter if they are committing a crime as if ANY of those are being done, then the fact is its fucking murder.
The people who use the whole well he had a record a mile long. There is a difference between doing their job and an extra-judicial killing. These men were murdered plain and simple. These people don't deserve to have a badge, they don't deserve to have a gun. They deserve a cell on death row like Manuel Pardo.
